以下の規則は10Betとお客様との間の合意を形成します。10Betにご登録いただく事により、これらの規則を完全に理解し承諾したものとみなされます。

1. 連絡先情報および支払い／銀行情報を最新に保つ事はお客様の責任とさせていただきます。
2. 賭けを行うには１８歳以上である必要があります。10Betはお客様の年齢を証明できる書類の提出を要求し、十分な書類が提出されるまでアカウントを停止する権利を留保します。
3. ユーザー名およびセキュリティ情報の機密性保持はお客様の自己責任となります。ユーザー名およびセキュリティ情報が他人の手に渡ったおそれがある場合は、直ちにご連絡ください。以前のユーザー名による取引はすべてお客様の責任となります。
4. 一度賭けを行い、賭けが成立すると、取り消しまたは変更ができなくなります。

6. 10Betは、英国のRemote Gaming Licenseにより、電子媒体による賭けの受付を許可されています。
7. 10Betはオンラインによる賭けを受け付けています。その他の方法（emailやファックスなど）による賭けの受付は行っていません。オンライン以外の方法で行われた賭けは、勝ち負けに関係なく無効とさせていただきます。
8. 10Betは、試合が開始される前に賭けもしくは賭けの一部を、理由を提示することなく拒否／キャンセルする権利を留保します。
9. 10Betは、詐欺行為を企てる個人またはグループによる賭けを無効にする権利を留保します。同一の個人または組織が同じ対象に複数の賭けを立て続けに行った場合、10Betは該当する賭けを無効にし、関連するアカウントを停止する権利を留保します。この規則は結果が確定している賭けと未確定の賭けの両方に適用されます。
10. 勝ち金は最終結果を確認後、お客様のアカウントに入金されます。
11. 英国法に従い、10Betは年齢証明を求め、提供された情報の確認を行う権利を留保します。
12. 10Betは、アカウントに十分な残高がないまま受け付けられた賭けを無効にする権利を留保します。決済処理を行う側が入金をキャンセルしたことが原因でアカウントの残高不足が生じた場合、10Betは受け付けられた賭けを遡及的に取り消す権利を留保します。
13. お客様のアカウントに誤って資金が入金されてしまった場合、お客様の責任により遅滞なく10Betにその旨ご報告ください。誤入金が発生した後に獲得した勝ち金は、すべて無効とみなされ10Betに返還されるものとします。
14. 現行の契約条件は英語版を基準とします。翻訳には万全を期しておりますが、契約条件の条項が理解しづらい場合は英語版のみを有効とします。
15. 10Betは、システムを操作するためにお客様が１つ以上のアカウントを開設した場合、お客様のアカウントを閉鎖し、すべての確定済みおよび未決定の賭けを無効とする権利を留保します。
16. 賭けの受付は発表されている開始時間まで行われます。開始時間が過ぎた後などに誤って賭けが受け付けられてしまった場合、その試合／賭けは不参加として扱われます。
17. 同じ試合（イベント）において、互いの結果に影響を及ぼすような異なる組み合わせの賭けを複数行うことは禁止されています。このような賭けを間違って行ってしまった場合、賭けは取り消されます。
18. 「If bets」は、資金が枯渇するまで、「Betting Slip」（選択した賭けの一覧）に表示された順番で順次賭けが確定していきます。賭け金または次の選択に繰り越された金額が不十分で、指示を実行できない場合、残高に応じて選択された賭けが確定されます。
19. 10Betは、入力ミス、人為的ミス、またはその他の明白なミスによる明らかな金額設定のミスに対して一切責任を負いません。そのような場合、賭けはすべて無効と見なされます。
20. 10Betは、当サイトまたはサイトの内容によるものと主張または判断される、操作または伝達の遅れあるいは中断、データの損失または破損、通信または回線障害、サイトまたはサイトの内容の悪用、内容の誤りまたは遺漏を含む、いかなる損害または損失に対しても責任を負いません。
21. 当サイトで１人のお客様が１日に受け取れる賭け金の最高額は、 £100,000もしくはその同等額となります。
22. 10Betでは、１人のお客様がアカウントを二重に開設することをお断りしております。アカウントを二重に開設されていることが発覚した場合、アカウントを停止させていただきます。
23. 賭け金の最低金額は１通貨単位です。
24. 10Betは、特定の種類の賭けにおいて、シングルベットよりも低いオッズを提示する権利を留保します。
25. カード所有者は、後々誤解が生じないよう全ての取引情報、ゲームルール、キャンセルルール、および支払い方法の記録を保持しておくことをお勧めします。
26. 賭けはすべて、賭けが行われ、受付が確認されてから処理されます。

1. Multiple withdrawals within the same 30 days period will be charged with a fee to cover administrativecosts.
2. 10Bet may charge a withdrawal fee to cover administrative costs if your deposit is not rolled over at least 3 times.
3. All Casino winnings are limited for withdrawal by €2,000 per week.

Self-Exclusion

We realize that for few customers gambling might become a serious problem and for such customers we offer self-exclusion option for a period from six months up to five years asper customer's request. Account closure

If you wish to close your account, you must do so by sending your request via your account registered email address to csd@suppport.10bet.com and state the reason youwish to close your account.
